Natura wants to make sure you and your doctor are the right fit. Because of this, we suggest you call our front desk at (406) 317-1965 to set up a 15-minute complimentary phone consult with one of our doctors to ensure that you receive the type of care you are looking for. You may also visit the Who We Are page on our website to review each of our doctor’s specialties.

The cost of the patient visit includes only the time with your doctor. Any supplements, labs and in-clinic blood draws are an additional cost. The visit cost depends on the time and also the complexity of your visit. Upon scheduling appointments for you, the front desk can only provide an estimate of appointment costs. Please note that the final cost can potentially change depending on time and doctor-deemed complexity.

A typical new patient will see their doctor for 90 minutes. In those 90 minutes, they will discuss their health history, go through patient questions and top health concerns. After the full assessment, and focused physical exam, the doctor may prescribe supplements, order blood work and specialty labs and/or discuss diet and lifestyle recommendations.

Yes, Natura does offer phone or virtual Telemed appointments. The virtual and phone appointment charges are the same as if the patient was in-person. When scheduling your appointment, please let the front desk know that you prefer to have a virtual Telemed appointment. You will receive a link in your email to access your Telemed appointment. At the time of your appointment, please click on that emailed link from your computer or smartphone to share the video call with your doctor. If you’re having trouble joining the call, or want to use the telephone instead, click on the participant’s icon on the left, and you’ll see instructions for joining the call by phone. You can also call the front desk at (406) 317-1965 to troubleshoot issues or switch to a phone call.

Yes, we do! You may be asked to see a different physician than you normally see for a well woman exam.

You will be charged $50 if you cancel an appointment within 24 hours of your established appointment, or if you do not show up to your appointment without any notice.

Natura always has a doctor on call. If you need anything urgently after-hours, please call the office at (406) 317-1965 and the answering service will contact the physician currently on call. There will likely be a charge incurred. The on-call doctor may not be your primary doctor. For emergencies, call 911 or seek emergency care.

Please call your pharmacy directly for prescriptions you need refilled. Your pharmacy will be able to contact your doctor if any clarification on your prescription is needed.

Our clinic will automatically sign you up for our patient portal when you become a new patient with us, that will sync with your personal email. You can find the login on the Patient Login tab on our website. If you have trouble logging in, please contact the front desk at (406) 317-1965.

If there is a patient portal request that requires a doctor’s time doing research or creating a plan of action to address patient needs, the patient might be charged accordingly. By sending a portal message, patients acknowledge this possibility. Your doctor may request a paid phone appointment to discuss your questions further.

Doctor responses in the portal could take up to 72 hours, and in cases of doctors being out of the office, sometimes longer. For urgent health concerns, please call the front desk at (406) 317-1965. For emergencies, call 911 or seek emergency care.

Natura has a variety of Wellness IV’s that almost anyone can receive. If you are sick and requesting an IV, we may have you schedule a brief screening appointment with one of our doctors first. Please visit the IV Page on our website and call our front desk at (406) 317-1965 with questions or to schedule. Before your appointment, please let the IV tech know if you have special needs.

Please double-check with your doctor or the front desk to see if you need to be fasting for your labs. If you are getting a Wellness IV, please bring your latest blood work for the doctor to review. If you don’t have recent bloodwork, our IV techs can run a Piccolo blood test to make sure nothing is abnormal.

Natura will charge a fee for the blood draw that one of our IV techs will perform in-house. In addition, you will be charged for the labs at time of the blood draw. If a doctor consult is needed prior to a Wellness IV, there will also be a charge for this.

Turn-around time for your labs vary. Your doctor will reach out to you typically via the patient portal once your lab results are ready. Your doctor may want to have you schedule a follow-up appointment to review the results.

There are certain specialty lab tests that patients might need to complete at home with a variety of collection methods and mail back yourself – a shipping label and packaging is provided by the specialty lab. If you have any questions about how to collect lab samples, billing questions, etc., we encourage you to contact the lab directly. You will need to pay the lab directly when you send in your lab. It is our recommendation that you pay the upfront/cash price indicated by the lab. This assures you the lowest possible cost for testing. You can still enter insurance information, when the lab accepts insurance, and when they may bill insurance. If your insurance accepts it, it will be applied to your deductible or the insurance company will reimburse. The lab companies always charge a higher price to the insurance company than the “cash” price; if your insurance reimburses fully, both you and the lab will get reimbursement. If your insurance will NOT pay, or only credits towards a deductible, by paying up front you ensure you are paying the lowest possible cost. Our office is NOT involved in the insurance billing process.

The Medicinary is our in-house herbal and supplement “pharmacy” available to current patients that require a “prescription” (ie order) from a doctor for patients to purchase. We sell a wide variety of supplements to support doctor treatment plans including capsules, powders, house compounded topicals, herbal tinctures and homeopathics.

The Medicinary prepares supplements for patients that doctors prescribe to them as a part of a treatment plan. The Medicinary can dispense small amounts of each supplement to ensure that no adverse reactions happen, or if a patient only needs it for a short time. Please give Natura a 48-hour notice for your supplement refills. Exceptions may be made if needed more urgently. Please do not show up at the clinic to purchase your supplements without first calling in or sending a portal message about your order. There is a refill message option on your patient portal if you’d like to place your order online. Please note, we do not regularly scan text messages or emails for supplement orders.

Yes, Natura can ship your supplement order to you! Please place your order about a week before you need it. Natura will charge an additional standard shipping charge to send via USPS, unless an extra-large or heavy package or overnight delivery is requested, in which case the charge will vary. We will ship anywhere in Montana and the US.

Fullscript.com is an online prescription supplement fulfillment website. We use Fullscript instead of sending patients to Amazon or other ordering platforms because Fullscript ensures product quality. Fullscript ordering does NOT apply to in-house compounded tinctures and certain special-order items. For those items, you will need to contact the Medicinary.

If your doctor includes a supplement in your plan that we do not carry in our Medicinary, your doctor will send you to our online prescription supplement portal, Fullscript. Once a doctor prescribes supplements to a patient via Fullscript, the patient is in charge of placing the order themselves. Patients will see an email directly from Fullscript alerting them of a new prescribed supplement their doctor wants them to take. Fullscript will then send the patient the supplements to their home, or which ever address they indicate.
