Our Approach

The adrenal glands sit atop the kidneys and produce some of the body's most essential hormones — including cortisol, DHEA, epinephrine, and aldosterone. But adrenal function is not just about the glands themselves. It is governed by a complex feedback loop involving the brain, the pituitary gland, and the adrenal glands — known as the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis. When this axis is dysregulated, the consequences ripple through virtually every system in the body.
