Hello Everyone. All of us here at Natura Health and Wellness are holding you in mind and heart. We are receiving and holding space for your grief and anxiety. We have been making changes and preparing what is needed to continue to provide sensibly and safely for your health care. We understand, and we want you to understand and make generous room for all the normal-if-difficult experiences that we are each managing our way through right now. Anticipatory grief is real; mourning losses that have not occurred but are likely to, is part of every human experience. Please read this helpful article, that I found thanks to columnist Elad Nehorai. Mr. Nehorai is also worth searching and following. He is smart, and very kind. Here is the basic message we want to share:

  • Accept that anticipatory grief is normal
  • Acknowledge your losses
  • Connect with others
  • Remember that anticipatory grief doesn’t mean you are giving up
  • Reflect on the remaining time
  • Communicate
  • Take care of yourself
  • Take advantage of your support system
  • Say yes to counseling
  • Relief is normal
  • Don’t assume how it will go, we all have different reactions to grief
